BOOKING POLICY
A £10 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is non-refundable but transferable. Card details will be taken at booking and will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not followed.
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours will incur a £10 fee, and less than 24 hours will result in full payment being taken.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and full treatment payment will be required.
Nail repairs are free within 72 hours with photo proof. Patch tests are required 48 hours prior for lash and brow treatments.
Please note: New clients booking with Mollie are not permitted to book evening (after 5pm) or weekend appointments. These times are reserved for existing clients only. New clients are welcome to book these times with other team members.
